Neurology Lounge is a second medical opinion service. Professor Mast and a dedicated team of professionals work hard to deliver an outstanding service helping you navigate your health concerns.

Neurology Lounge complies with several regulations, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the General Pharmacy Council, and the Medicine and Healthcare Regulation Agency (MHRA). Professor Mast is registered with and regulated by the General Medical Council (GMC), complying with Good Medical Practice Guidelines.
The Service
Neurology Lounge is a discreet and convenient way to receive a second medical opinion, wherever you need it.

Second opinion consultations are offered as online video sessions. You can discuss all aspects of your medical history and gain further insights into diagnostics and treatments suggested by your treating physician or surgeon.

All services of Neurology Lounge do not intend, represent or substitute for primary medical care. Any aspects of medical care discussed in the realm of consultations with Neurology have to be presented and discussed with your treating physician or surgeon. Neurology Lounge offers no treatment or diagnostic procedure recommendation. The sole intent of Neurology Lounge is to increase patient information and understanding of medical conditions, recommended diagnostic and treatment procedures. No diagnosis or treatment recommendation should be concluded from services of Neurology Lounge.
Neurology Lounge accepts no direct or indirect responsibility for any injuries or health consequences affecting service users. Users of Neurology Lounge agree Neurology Lounge accepts no medical liability for any of its services.
The safety of users of Neurology Lounge is important to us. Users are advised to discuss all aspects of a consultation with Neurology Lounge with their treating physician or surgeon. No medical conclusions should be drawn, no diagnostic or treatment steps be taken without consultation with the users treating physician or surgeon.

Service by Neurology Lounge requires that you are at least 18 years old.

Do not use Neurology Lounge in any medical emergency situation
Payment
To pay for your consultation you can wire transfer the service fee within 14 days after your consultation to the following bank account:

Please include your name & time of consultation as a reference in the transfer.
Binding Contract
When you submit an inquiry to us for a consultation you will receive an email confirming that we received your request with a price quote for your selected appointment. Your order will be binding once you accept the price quote for your appointment.

Cancellation requests thereafter might not be possible (please read the section below).

We reserve the right to reject any order, in which case we will refund you if applicable as per these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your booked consultation. To do so please send us a message with your cancelation request to info@neurologylounge.com including the day and time of your appointment.
If you validly cancel your order (as described above), we will make our best to process your refund within 7 working days. Depending on your bank provider the funds may take 2-3 additional working days to appear on your bank account or card statement.
Communication
Usually, we will get in touch with you via email. For contractual purposes, please make sure you understand and agree to receive electronic communication from the Neurology Lounge.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, our privacy and cookie notices, Website use policy and any document expressly referred to in this agreement constitutes the agreement between you and Neurology Lounge. This supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the use of our Website and the services made available on it.
Variations
We may change our Terms and Conditions at any time by amending this page. Please read these Terms and Conditions every time you use our services so that you’re aware of any changes we have made as these are the terms applying when using our Website and when ordering from us.
